Jo had been taking very good care of Luke ever since he'd turned into a figure.

She hadn't even been tempted by the fact he was both fully-poseable and just the right size to fit into most Barbie clothes. Really.

Ignore the camera.

It would be exactly Luke's luck--or Fandom's sense of humor--that he would come back to himself with a perky little "pop!" as he was wearing one of Barbie's poofier creations.

Jo immediately hid the camera. "Luke! You're back!"

"I am," Luke said slowly. "I don't remember the dress..."

"Fandom weirdness," Jo replied quickly.

Luke grinned at her. "If you say so. Hi."

"Hi," Jo said, smiling back and shoving the camera further out of view.

"Did I miss anything interesting?" he asked, moving closer to kiss her.

Jo smiled into the kiss. "Nothing in particular."

"There's no chance you have a pair of my pants lying around here somewhere, huh?" he asked. "Pink's not really my color."

"I'm sure I can find something," Jo assured him, looking around.

"Something not covered in glitter?" he added hopefully.

Because Jo was such a glitter type.

"I think we can manage that as well."

Luke grinned. "Best girlfriend ever."

Jo grinned back and tossed a non glittery pair of trousers to Luke. "I try."

Luke wriggled his way out of the dress--"could this thing get any pinker?" and tugged the pants on.

"Should I be kind of weirded out that these fit?"

"Just don't try to think about it too hard," Jo suggested. "Probably better for all concerned."

"Or I could take them off as quickly as possible," Luke said hopefully.

For him, this was being Very Smooth.

Jo laughed. "Or you could do that," she agreed.

"Would I be all naked and lonely?" he asked, trying to look terribly endearing.

Jo grinned. "If that was what you wanted..."

"Not even a little bit," Luke said quickly, leaning in to kiss her.

You know, just in case she was confused.

"Didn't think so," Jo murmured.

Luke twined his fingers through her hair. "We really should do something about the inequity in clothing," he said.

Jo nipped lightly at his lower lip. "You're right there."

His hands skimmed up under her shirt. "I'm right a lot," he agreed.
